Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for VW Passat 1.9 TDI B5/B5FL. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may require shortening.

The performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering superior heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance vehicle performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins that improves both heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving. These intercoolers have been tested to withstand pressures of up to 10 Bar.

Silicone connectors included in the kit are made from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to endure the high pressures found in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Each silicone connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that balances strength and flexibility.
