Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for VW Passat 1.9 TDI B5/B5FL. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may require shortening.

The innovative core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of fins that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.
The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in competition or daily driving.
