Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for VW Golf 6 2.0 TFSI. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may require shortening.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in competitive driving or everyday use.
These intercoolers are tested to withstand pressures up to 10 Bar.
The silicone connectors are crafted from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to endure the high pressures found in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Each silicone connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that offers strength and flexibility.
