Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for VW Golf 4 1.9 TDI. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on installation, some elbows may require shortening.
The intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, enhancing heat exchange capabilities and significantly improving performance over the OEM intercooler.
The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins that optimizes heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.
The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in competitive or street driving.
This intercooler has been tested to withstand pressures up to 10 Bar.
The product can be identified by the logo extruded on both the upper and lower walls of the intercooler.
Silicone connectors are made from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to endure high pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Each silicone connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that combines strength with flexibility.
These silicone connectors are ideal for building professional intake or cooling systems and are utilized by numerous tuning workshops worldwide.
