Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Volvo S60, V70, and S80 Diesel/Turbo models. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on the installation method.

The intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering superior heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins that optimizes heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions improve cooling efficiency.

Durable aluminum tanks are designed to withstand harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving. This intercooler has been tested up to 10 Bar of pressure, ensuring reliability under extreme conditions.

Silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, capable of withstanding the high pressures generated in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Each silicone connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that balances strength and flexibility.
