Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Volvo S40 / V50 T5 2.5T 225ps. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on installation.

The performance intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering superior heat exchange capabilities that enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative internal and external cores, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, feature a unique fin arrangement that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

Intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability in harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving. This intercooler has been tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.

Silicone connectors are made from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand high pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house braid pattern that combines strength with flexibility.
