Aftermarket intercooler kit for Volvo S40 / V50 2.0D. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may need to be shortened depending on the installation.

Performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering superior heat exchange capabilities that enhance vehicle performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative internal and external cores, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, feature a unique fin arrangement that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving. These intercoolers have been tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.

Silicone connectors are crafted from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand the high pressures of intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that provides strength and flexibility.
