Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Volvo S40 / V50 2.0D. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may require shortening.

The silicone connectors are crafted from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand the high pressures found in intake systems. Each silicone connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house braid that balances strength and flexibility.
