Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Suzuki Grand Vitara 1.9 DDIS diesel. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may need to be shortened depending on installation. The intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler.

The innovative internal and external cores, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, feature a unique arrangement of core fins, improving heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency. The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum cast, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in competition or street driving.

This intercooler has been tested up to 10 Bar of pressure. Genuine intercoolers are identifiable by the logo extruded on both the upper and lower walls. The silicone connectors are made from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand high pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications, including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that offers strength and flexibility.
