This complete intercooler kit includes a high-performance FMIC intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation method, some elbows may need to be shortened.
The performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing outstanding heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance vehicle performance compared to the OEM intercooler.
The innovative internal and external cores, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, feature a unique fin arrangement that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling capabilities.
Intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.
These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.
The silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand high pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for cooling systems and crankcase vents. Each silicone connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that offers strength and flexibility.
