Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Skoda Super B 1.8T. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on installation, some elbows may need to be shortened.
The intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler.
The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.
The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in competitive driving or street use.
This intercooler has been tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.
The silicone connectors are crafted from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand the high pressures found in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house braid that combines strength with flexibility.
These silicone connectors are ideal for building professional intake or cooling systems and are utilized by numerous tuning workshops worldwide.
