Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to Skoda Super B 1.8T. This complete intercooler kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, a set of silicone connectors and elbows, and a set of aluminum connectors and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may need to be shortened. The performance intercoolers are made from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing outstanding heat exchange capabilities that significantly improve performance over the OEM intercooler.

The new internal and external cores, developed in cooperation with Europe's top drifters and drag racers, feature a unique arrangement of core fins, resulting in enhanced heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions across the body of each fin significantly improve cooling capabilities. The intercooler tanks, made from thick aluminum cast, withstand harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.

These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure. Genuine intercoolers combine high quality with an affordable price, distinguishable by the logo extruded on both upper and lower walls of each unit.

The silicone connectors are made from the highest grade of silicone with multi-layer reinforcement. Extensive research and collaboration with top drifters and drag racers have resulted in connectors that can withstand tremendous pressures generated in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for cooling systems, crankcase vents, and more. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that provides high flexibility while maintaining strength.
