Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Skoda Octavia 1.9TDI. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on installation.
The performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering superior heat exchange capabilities that enhance vehicle performance compared to the OEM intercooler.
The innovative internal and external cores, developed with input from top drifters and drag racers in Europe, feature a unique arrangement of core fins that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.
The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.
These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.
The silicone connectors are crafted from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand the high pressures found in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors feature 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that balances strength with flexibility.
These silicone connectors are ideal for building professional intake or cooling systems and are utilized by many tuning workshops globally.
