Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Skoda Octavia 1.9TDI. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on the installation method.

The intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins that improves both heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

Constructed from thick aluminum cast, the intercooler tanks are built to withstand harsh conditions encountered in competitive environments or everyday driving. This intercooler has been tested to endure pressures up to 10 Bar.

FMIC.EU silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to handle the tremendous pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Each silicone connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that balances strength and flexibility.
