Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Saab 9-5 2.3T. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on installation, some elbows may require shortening.

The innovative internal and external cores, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, feature a unique fin arrangement that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.
The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.
These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.
The original product can be identified by the logo extruded on both the upper and lower walls of each unit.
Silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand the pressures generated in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for cooling systems, crankcase vents, and more. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that balances strength and flexibility.
These silicone connectors are ideal for building professional intake or cooling systems and are utilized by numerous tuning workshops worldwide.
