Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to Saab 9-3 1.8T / 2.0T. This complete intercooler kit includes a high-performance FMIC intercooler featuring a newly designed alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may require shortening.

The performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance the vehicle's performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative internal and external cores, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, feature a unique fin arrangement that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability in harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving. These intercoolers have been tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.

Silicone connectors are crafted from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand the tremendous pressures generated in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for cooling systems, crankcase vents, and more. Each silicone connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house braid that provides strength and flexibility.
