Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to OPEL VECTRA SIGNUM 2.0T. This complete intercooler kit includes a high-performance FMIC intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, a set of silicone connectors and elbows, and a set of aluminum connectors and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may need to be shortened.

Performance intercoolers are made from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing outstanding heat exchange capabilities and significantly improving performance over the OEM intercooler. The new internal and external cores, developed in cooperation with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, feature a unique arrangement of core fins that enhances heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions across each fin's body improve cooling capabilities.

Intercooler tanks are constructed from thick aluminum castings to withstand harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving. These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure. Genuine intercoolers combine high quality with affordability, distinguishable by the logo extruded on both upper and lower walls.

Silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand tremendous pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for cooling systems, crankcase vents, and more. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house braid that provides strength and flexibility.
