Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to OPEL VECTRA SIGNUM 2.0T. This complete intercooler kit includes a high-performance FMIC intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may need to be shortened.

Performance intercoolers are made from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing outstanding heat exchange capabilities that significantly improve performance over the OEM intercooler. The new internal and external core design, developed in cooperation with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features an innovative arrangement of core fins, enhancing heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions across each fin body improve cooling capabilities.

The intercooler tanks are constructed from thick aluminum castings, designed to withstand harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving. These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure, ensuring reliability under extreme conditions. Genuine intercoolers can be identified by the logo extruded on both the upper and lower walls.

Silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement. Extensive research and collaboration with leading drifters and drag racers have resulted in connectors that can withstand high pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications, including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that offers strength and flexibility.
