Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for the Ford Mondeo 2.0TDCI MK IV. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on installation, some elbows may require shortening.
The intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering excellent heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler.
The innovative internal and external cores, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, feature a unique fin arrangement that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.
The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in both competitive and street driving.
This intercooler has been tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.
The silicone connectors are crafted from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand high pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house braid that combines strength with flexibility.
These silicone connectors are ideal for building professional intake or cooling systems and are utilized by numerous tuning workshops worldwide.
