Competition intercooler kit for Fiat 595 Abarth (Competizione)

Compatible with Fiat 500 Abarth 595 1.4 Turbo (103-132KW/140-180 PS) from 2015 to 2022. Note: Does not fit plug and play for US models.

The high-performance intercooler features a competition core (Tube Fin) with dimensions of 600 mm x 204.6 mm x 80 mm (9.8 liters), specifically designed for the Fiat 500 Abarth. This core provides an 85% larger frontal surface area and 131% more core volume compared to the stock intercooler. The aluminum cast end tanks are designed using CAD and optimized with CFD simulations for ideal internal airflow.

For optimal heat exchange, the intercooler is installed at the front of the vehicle, replacing the two original side intercoolers. The newly developed elliptical hose connection at the outlet, along with silicone hoses, minimizes charge air distance, resulting in significantly improved overall response due to lower back pressure.

An anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties protects the intercooler from environmental influences, ensuring lasting and optimal cooling performance. Installation is straightforward, replacing the original intercooler (plug and play). Continuous quality monitoring is applied to all products.
