Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to Ford Mondeo 2.5T 220ps MK IV. This complete intercooler kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, a set of silicone connectors and elbows, and a set of aluminum connectors and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may need to be shortened.
The performance intercoolers are made from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing outstanding heat exchange capabilities and significantly improving performance over the OEM intercooler.
The new internal and external core design, developed in cooperation with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features an innovative arrangement of core fins, resulting in enhanced heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions improve cooling capabilities.
Intercooler tanks are constructed from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.
These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.
The silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand the tremendous pressures generated in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for cooling systems, crankcase vents, and more. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that provides strength and flexibility.
These silicone connectors are ideal for building professional intake or cooling systems and are used by many renowned tuning workshops worldwide.
