Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to Ford Focus RS 2.5T 305ps MK II. This complete intercooler kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, a set of silicone connectors and elbows, and a set of aluminum connectors and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may need to be shortened.
The performance intercoolers are made from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing outstanding heat exchange capabilities that significantly improve performance over the OEM intercooler.
The new internal and external cores, developed in cooperation with top drifters and drag racers, feature a unique arrangement of core fins, resulting in enhanced heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions across each fin improve cooling capabilities.
Intercooler tanks are constructed from thick aluminum castings, designed to withstand harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.
These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.
The silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, capable of withstanding tremendous pressures generated in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that provides strength and flexibility.
These silicone connectors are ideal for building professional intake or cooling systems and are used by renowned tuning workshops worldwide.
