The aftermarket intercooler kit is specifically designed for the Skoda Super B 1.9 TDI. This comprehensive kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, a set of silicone connectors and elbows, and a set of aluminum connectors and clamps. Depending on the installation method, some elbows may require shortening.

The intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance the car's performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The new core design, developed in collaboration with Europe's top drifters and drag racers, features a unique fin arrangement that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling capabilities.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum cast, designed to withstand harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving. These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.

The silicone connectors are crafted from the highest grade of silicone with multi-layer reinforcement. They are designed to withstand the high pressures generated in intake systems and offer additional resistance to coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications such as cooling systems and crankcase vents. The silicones are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid, providing strength and flexibility.
