Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for the Seat Leon mk1 1.9 TDI. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation method, some elbows may require shortening.

The performance intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering superior heat exchange capabilities that enhance the vehicle's performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins that improves both heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in competitive environments or everyday driving. This intercooler has been tested to withstand pressures up to 10 Bar.
