Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Seat Leon mk1 1.9 TDI. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on the installation method.

The intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering superior heat exchange capabilities that enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of fins that improves both heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving. This intercooler has been tested to withstand pressures up to 10 Bar.

Silicone connectors included in the kit are made from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to endure the high pressures found in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Each silicone connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house braided pattern that balances strength and flexibility.
