Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to Seat Leon mk1 1.9 TDI. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may require shortening.

The performance intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing outstanding heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

Intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum cast, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving. This intercooler has been tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.
