Upgrade your Seat Leon 1.8T 225hp with this aftermarket intercooler kit. The complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on installation, some elbows may need to be shortened.

The intercooler is crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance performance over the OEM intercooler. Developed in collaboration with Europe's top drifters and drag racers, the new core design features alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions, improving cooling capabilities and airflow.

Intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum cast, designed to withstand harsh conditions encountered during competitions or street driving. These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.

The silicone connectors are made from the highest grade of silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, capable of withstanding the tremendous pressures generated in intake systems. They offer additional resistance to coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for cooling systems, crankcase vents, and more. Reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid, these silicones provide high flexibility while maintaining strength.
