The aftermarket intercooler kit is designed for the Seat Leon 1.8T 180ps. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on installation, some elbows may need to be shortened.

The performance intercoolers are crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities, significantly enhancing the car's performance over the OEM intercooler.

The new internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with Europe's top drifters and drag racers, features an innovative fin arrangement for improved heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling capabilities.

Intercooler tanks made from thick aluminum cast are designed to withstand harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.

The silicone connectors are made from the highest grade of silicone with multi-layer reinforcement. Years of research and collaboration with top drifters and drag racers have resulted in connectors that can withstand high pressures in intake systems. They also offer resistance to coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, extending their use to cooling systems and crankcase vents. The silicones are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid, providing strength and flexibility.
