Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to Seat Leon 1.8T 180ps. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may need to be shortened depending on the installation.

Performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing outstanding heat exchange capabilities that significantly improve performance over the OEM intercooler.

The new internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins. This design enhances heat exchange and airflow, with alternately placed fins and additional incisions that improve cooling efficiency.

Intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.

These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure, ensuring reliability and performance.

Silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand the pressures generated in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that offers strength and flexibility.
