Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to Seat Leon 1.8T 180ps. This complete kit includes a high-performance FMIC intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may require shortening.

Performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler.

The innovative internal and external cores, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, feature a unique fin arrangement that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

Intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.

This intercooler has been tested to withstand pressures up to 10 Bar.

Silicone connectors are crafted from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement. Extensive research and collaboration with elite drifters and drag racers have resulted in connectors capable of withstanding high pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for cooling systems, crankcase vents, and more. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house braid that balances strength and flexibility.
