The intercooler is a dedicated design developed specifically for the Ford Ranger Raptor MK4 with the 3.0 EcoBoost engine. It offers significantly higher charge air cooling efficiency and optimized airflow compared to the factory setup, making it ideal for modified and high-performance vehicles. Constructed entirely of aluminum, the core measures 480 mm x 210 mm x 110 mm, greatly increasing the heat exchange surface. This effectively reduces intake air temperatures and ensures thermal stability even under heavy load. The intercooler features two 56 mm inlet/outlet connections and one 67 mm outlet.
