Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for BMW E60 530D, 535D, E63 635D, and E65 730D. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on installation.

Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, this intercooler offers exceptional heat exchange capabilities, significantly enhancing performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of fins that improves both heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in competitive and street driving. This intercooler has been tested to withstand pressures up to 10 Bar.

Silicone connectors are crafted from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to endure the high pressures found in intake systems. These connectors also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Each silicone connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that combines strength with flexibility.
