Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for BMW E60 530D, 535D, E63 635D, and E65 730D. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on the installation method.

The performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance vehicle performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins, resulting in improved heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving. These intercoolers have been tested to withstand pressures up to 10 Bar.

Silicone connectors are made from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to endure the high pressures found in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications, including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors feature a unique in-house developed braid that provides strength and flexibility.
