Introducing the aftermarket intercooler kit specifically designed for the Audi TT 8N 225hp. This comprehensive kit includes a high-performance intercooler with an innovative alternately arranged core, a set of silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation method, some elbows may require shortening.

The intercooler is crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler. Developed in collaboration with Europe's top drifters and drag racers, the new core design features improved heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum cast, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in competitions or street driving. These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.

The silicone connectors are made from the highest grade of silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand the high pressures of intake systems. They offer additional resistance to coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications, including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid, these silicones provide strength and flexibility.
