Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to Audi TT 8N 225hp. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may need to be shortened.
The intercooler is made from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing outstanding heat exchange capabilities that significantly improve performance over the OEM intercooler.
The new internal and external core design, developed in cooperation with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins, enhancing heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions improve cooling capabilities.
The intercooler tanks are constructed from thick aluminum cast to withstand harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.
This intercooler has been tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.
The silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand the tremendous pressures in intake systems. They also offer resistance to coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that provides strength and flexibility.
These silicone connectors are ideal for building professional intake or cooling systems and are utilized by many renowned tuning workshops worldwide.
