Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Audi TT 8N with 150/180hp. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on the installation method.
The intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering superior heat exchange capabilities that enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler.
The innovative core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of fins that improves both heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.
The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in competitive driving or street use.
These intercoolers are tested to withstand pressures of up to 10 Bar.
The silicone connectors are manufactured from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to endure high pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that balances strength and flexibility.
Ideal for building professional intake or cooling systems, these silicone connectors are utilized by numerous tuning workshops globally.
