Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to Audi S3 225hp. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on installation, some elbows may need to be shortened.
The performance intercoolers are made from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing outstanding heat exchange capabilities that significantly improve performance over the OEM intercooler.
The new internal and external core design, developed in cooperation with top drifters and drag racers, features an innovative arrangement of core fins, resulting in enhanced heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions across each fin improve cooling capabilities.
Intercooler tanks are constructed from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in competition or street driving.
These intercoolers have been tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.
The silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand the tremendous pressures generated in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that provides strength and flexibility.
