Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Audi A6 C5 1.8T. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on installation.

These intercoolers are tested to withstand pressures up to 10 Bar.

Silicone connectors are crafted from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement. Extensive research and collaboration with elite drifters and drag racers have resulted in connectors that can endure high pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone products are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that balances strength and flexibility.
