Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to Audi A6 C5 1.8T. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may need to be shortened.

Performance intercoolers are made from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing outstanding heat exchange capabilities that significantly improve performance over the OEM intercooler.

The new internal and external core design, developed in cooperation with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins that enhances heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions across each fin improve cooling capabilities.

Intercooler tanks are constructed from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.

These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.

Silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand high pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that offers strength and flexibility.
