Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to Audi A6 C5 1.8T. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may need to be shortened.

Performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing outstanding heat exchange capabilities that significantly improve performance over the OEM intercooler.

The new internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features an innovative arrangement of core fins that enhances heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions across each fin improve cooling capabilities.

Intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.

These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.

Silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement. Extensive research and development, along with collaboration with elite drifters and drag racers, have resulted in connectors that withstand tremendous pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for cooling systems, crankcase vents, and more. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that offers strength and flexibility.
