Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Audi A4 B8 2.0TFSI. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new alternately arranged core, silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on installation.

The performance intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, enhancing heat exchange capabilities and significantly improving performance compared to the OEM intercooler.

Developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers, the new core design features an innovative arrangement of fins that optimizes heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in competitive or street driving.

This intercooler has been tested to withstand pressures up to 10 Bar.

Silicone connectors are made from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to endure high pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Each connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that balances strength and flexibility.
