Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to Audi A4 1.8T B7. This complete intercooler kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, a set of silicone connectors and elbows, and a set of aluminum connectors and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may need to be shortened. Performance intercoolers are made from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing outstanding heat exchange capabilities and significantly improving performance over the OEM intercooler.

The new internal and external cores, developed in cooperation with Europe's best drifters and drag racers, feature a unique arrangement of core fins that enhances heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions across each fin's body significantly improve cooling capabilities. Intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.

Intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure. Genuine intercoolers combine high quality with affordability, distinguishable by the logo extruded on both upper and lower walls of each unit. Silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand tremendous pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house braid that provides strength and flexibility.
