Aftermarket intercooler kit dedicated to Audi A4 1.9TDI B6. This complete intercooler kit includes a high-performance FMIC intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may need to be shortened.
The performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing outstanding heat exchange capabilities that significantly improve performance over the OEM intercooler.
The innovative internal and external cores, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, feature a unique arrangement of core fins that enhances heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions across each fin's body significantly improve cooling capabilities.
Intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, designed to withstand harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.
These intercoolers are tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.
The silicone connectors are made from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, capable of withstanding the tremendous pressures generated in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that offers both strength and flexibility.
These silicone connectors are ideal for building professional intake or cooling systems and are utilized by many renowned tuning workshops worldwide.
