Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Audi A3 8L 1.9TDI. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a new type of alternately arranged core, along with silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on the installation method.

The performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins that improves both heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

Intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving. These intercoolers have been tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.
