Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Alfa Romeo 159 / Brera 2.4 JTDM. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on installation.

The performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering superior heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, features a unique arrangement of core fins that improves both heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

Intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving. These intercoolers have been tested to withstand pressures up to 10 Bar.

Silicone connectors are crafted from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to endure the high pressures found in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. All silicone connectors are reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that combines strength with flexibility.
