This blanking plate is compatible with most 1.8 Turbo petrol engines from the VW Audi Group (VAG). It allows for the elimination of the Secondary Air Injection system on 1.8T VAG engines.

CNC machined from high-grade billet aluminium, these SAI blanks feature a precision-machined recess on the reverse side that accommodates the Viton O-Ring to ensure an airtight seal.

Included are two hex head bolts with washers and a Viton O-Ring.

Note: Regarding check engine lights, two codes may appear. One can be resolved by adding a resistor to the circuit for the solenoid control valve, while the other, for "incorrect flow detected," can only be addressed by software.
