Charge Pipe Intake Kit for MERCEDES BENZ W204 C250 C-Class
The inner diameter of the pipes is enlarged compared to the original intake pipe, minimizing airflow restriction. The factory part often creates air turbulence and reduces flow and efficiency. Made of plastic, it can be damaged at the mounting flange or crack, so it is replaced with aluminum pipes that guarantee tightness. The parts are connected with silicone reducers featuring quadruple reinforcement and a wall thickness of 5 mm.
The kit is designed with tuning enthusiasts in mind, featuring 1/8" sockets for the connection of a methanol injection system now or in the future.
- Aluminum 6061 pipes replace the OEM pipe
- Aluminum connectors replace the faulty plastic pipe, which may be damaged under increased boost pressure
- Enlarged diameter and smooth flow without narrowing helps reduce turbulence and maximize airflow
- All connection nozzles are CNC machined
