High-Performance Inconel Exhaust Valves for VW EA888

Supertech Engine Valves are designed for high-performance street and racing applications, providing exceptional strength, heat resistance, and precise fit. Each valve is produced from a one-piece forging, ensuring optimal material grain flow through a slow two-step process. The manufacturing process includes multiple CNC machining steps, stress-relieving heat treatments, and either nitride hardening or application-specific coatings. Final grinding and a patented Superfinishing process enhance performance.

With over 30 years of racing valve development, Supertech employs advanced manufacturing and testing technologies, including ultrasonic inspection, x-rays, laser measurement, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Continuous testing in collaboration with top engine builders refines each valve for high flow, extreme durability, and performance.

This valve features a Single Groove lock groove, a Dished face profile, and measures Oversize +2mm in diameter, with an overall length of 101.80mm, ensuring optimized airflow and long-term reliability.
