Stage 4 FTWL High-Performance Twin Disc Clutch Set (Single-Mass) for Toyota 1JZ/2JZ

Single-mass twin disc clutch kit designed for Toyota 1JZ/2JZ engine swaps using selected BMW ZF/Getrag transmissions. Built from 100% CNC-machined components (Made in EU) with precision alignment for accurate fitment.

• Monoblock single-mass flywheel with starter ring gear installed
• Flywheel weight: ~8.2 kg
• Rotating assembly weight: ~15.2 kg (flywheel + middle plate + pressure plate)
• 240 mm custom lightweight 4-puck sintered twin discs (MIBA sintered pads)
• Sachs Performance pressure plate (883082001243), without SAC system
• Heat-resistant CNC-machined middle plate/spacer
• End-to-end balanced (flywheel + middle plate + pressure plate) to G6.3 class up to 8500 rpm; supplied with a unique balance protocol

Driving Characteristics

• Designed to avoid middle-plate noise when the clutch pedal is pressed
• Middle plate design helps prevent sticking under heat by avoiding contact with the flywheel
• Engagement described as smooth despite sintered discs

Fitment (Toyota 1JZ / 2JZ with the following transmissions)

• ZF 5-speed N47M gearbox — 28x35-10N spline shaft
• Getrag 6-speed S54B32 gearbox — 28x35-10N spline shaft
• ZF 5-speed M57 gearbox — 28x35-10N spline shaft

Does Not Fit

• Lift version of M54B30 with 6-speed gearbox
• Getrag/ZF 5-speed gearboxes (other than the listed compatible units)

Starter Motor Requirement

The adapter plate requires a DENSO 228000 series starter motor without an aluminum cover over the starter gear.

Intended Use & Torque Capacity

• For high-power turbocharged builds
• Prepared for professional drift and drag use
• Approx. torque capacity: ~1200–1400 Nm
• For entry-level drifting up to ~1000 Nm, keeping torque reserve is recommended; for frequent clutch kicks, stage 2 or stage 4 sintered-disc versions are recommended

• Professional installation required
• Break-in required: at least 1000 km or 5000 gear shifts
• Uses typical service parts for faster, lower-cost renewals
• Each product is stress tested
