Single-mass twin disc clutch kit designed for Toyota 1JZ/2JZ engine swaps running select BMW transmissions. Built from 100% CNC-machined components (Made in UE) with precision machining and alignment for accurate fitment.

Key Specifications

• Monoblock single-mass flywheel with starter gear mounted (monoblock solution)
• Flywheel weight: ~8.2 kg
• Rotating assembly weight: ~14.9 kg (flywheel + middle plate + pressure plate)
• 240 mm lightweight clutch discs: steel base with LUK 8090s friction pads
• Pressure plate: Sachs 3082 311 341 (without SAC system)
• Heat-resistant CNC-machined spacer/middle plate
• End-to-end balanced (flywheel + middle plate + pressure plate) to G6.3 class up to 8500 rpm; delivered with a unique balance protocol

Driving Characteristics

• Smooth engagement similar to an OEM clutch set
• Middle plate design avoids noise when pressing the clutch pedal and helps prevent sticking under heat (does not touch the flywheel)

Fitment

Fits Toyota 1JZ/2JZ engines with the following transmissions (28x35-10N spline shaft):

• 5-speed N47M ZF gearbox
• 6-speed S54B32 Getrag gearbox
• 5-speed M57 ZF gearbox

Does not fit:

• Lift version of M54B30 with 6-speed gearbox
• Getrag/ZF 5-speed gearboxes

Starter Motor Requirement

Adapter requires a DENSO 228000 series starter motor with no aluminium cover over the starter gear.

Torque Capacity & Intended Use

• Suitable for high power turbocharged engines
• Rated up to ~800–1000 Nm for regular cars
• For entry-level drifting up to ~800 Nm; for frequent clutch kicks, stage 2 or 4 (sintered discs) is recommended

Installation & Service

• Professional installation required
• Break-in required: at least 1000 km or 5000 gear shifts
• Uses typical parts for fast, cost-effective renewal
• Stress tested
